Our 2024 Speakers

Tracy worked as Staff Operations Officer (SOO) at the Central Intelligence Agency's Counterterrorism Center Weapons of Mass Destruction Group. During her time at the CIA, Tracy traveled to Afghanistan, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Algeria, Morocco, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, and England. During this time Tracy received many awards for her service from both the CIA and from foreign intelligence offices as well. Among her awards were four Exceptional Performance Awards from the Director of the CIA, two Special Activity Awards, a Meritorious Unit Citation Award, a DCI Counterterrorism Center Medal, and two Operation Enduring Freedom Targeting Awards. After the CIA, Tracy became a Special Agent at the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office specializing in Chinese counterintelligence operations. Tracy has done a TED talk and is a sought after public speaker through the World Affairs Council.

Tia Minzoni brings experience, skill, energy, organization, leadership, and a marketing network with her as she blazes a trail with success and tenacity. Minzoni is best known for adding millions to the bottom line of every business she touches. Better known as ‘The Millionaire Maker’, Minzoni pairs knowledge, data, and creative strategies to exceed the expectations of partners and colleagues. She has built and led marketing and sales teams, launched successful startups, and assisted in designing and launching apps and technology worldwide.

Cheryl and her husband, Jason, have been proud residents of Flower Mound for 18 years and have raised two extraordinary children in the community. Originally from Ohio, Cheryl spent most of her childhood in Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in physical therapy and is currently completing her Doctor of Science at Texas Tech University. Cheryl has been a physical therapist for about 30 years and currently works at Select Rehabilitation Hospital in Denton. 

Prior to her election, Cheryl was a Flower Mound Planning and Zoning and SMARTGrowth Commissioner, and she previously served as vice chair on the Transportation Commission. She has graduated from both the Flower Mound Citizens Police Academy and Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Additionally, she served as president of the Chaucer Estates HOA and has served in various volunteer roles with the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) and in the cultural arts.

As a master communication coach and transformational coach, she transforms individuals into confident communicators on stage, on camera, in leading roles, and in the boardroom.
