FMWIB Women's Business Advancement Grant

Flower Mound Women in Business is making an impact to advance women entrepreneurship by supporting the community through the Women's Business Advancement (WBA) Grant.

The Women's Business Advancement Grant is an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to receive financial accommodations where they need it most. We are providing financial grants to support growth and advancement of women owned businesses, making an impact for women entrepreneurship by supporting the community in which we live and serve.

If you are a woman entrepreneur and need help to take the next steps in growing or scaling your business, please take some time and complete the application below to be considered for our WBA grant.

The deadline for grant applications is 12/31/2022. WBA grants are provided annually and awarded at our Charity Gala. The number of grants given depends on the funds available each year.

WBA Grant Application Requirements

Applicants for the WBA Grant must:

• Be a small business 
  
• Be at least 51% owned and controlled by women who are U.S. citizens.
• Provide a long term business plan.
• Meet with FMWIB CFO Rebecca Yates to analyze business financials. (Last two years Federal Tax Returns).
• Complete application.
